With our VIP Service we are offering you a very individual way of travelling. Discrete and comfortable. You can relax in the lounge furnished specially for you and we'll take care of the rest. No queueing, no formalities. At Düsseldorf Airport your journey starts and ends stress-free. Whilst you enjoy the peace and quiet to concentrate on your work or simply to relax, we take care of check-in or baggage claim and complete all the formalities for you. And, it goes without saying, we'll take you to your aircraft in your own VIP car...

 We collect you from your plane.
We collect your luggage. We take care of you during your stay in the lounge.

Transfer
We collect you from your plane.
We take care of you during your stay in the lounge.
We drive you back to your plane.

Our vehicles
 All transfers are carried out in an exclusive BMW 7 Series or Mercedes Van. BMW is an official mobility partner of the VIP Lounge.
